# Warum muss ich mich täglich neu anmelden?

VIA meldet jeden Account einmal täglich automatisch ab, auch in der Desktop-App. Das gehört zum Sicherheitskonzept von VIA, das für die Verarbeitung von Gesundheitsdaten nach BSI C5 und ISO 27001 geprüft ist, und lässt sich nicht abschalten.

Mit einem Passkey oder einem Passwort-Manager dauert die Anmeldung nur wenige Sekunden (siehe "Wie richte ich einen Passkey ein?").
